It’s funny how people tend to lose all common sense as soon as they are angry or think some of kind injustice was done to them. So much so that they end up only putting themselves in difficult situations they will struggle to get out of. It mainly happens because they don’t consider the fact that there are consequences to their actions, especially towards other people.
For example, when guests at restaurants are mean to their serves, they fail to remember that those people are eventually the ones who handle their food. They have full control over the product that ends at their table, which means they can do whatever they want with it, without the guest ever finding out, if you catch my drift…
This example applies to almost every employee who works in the customer service industry. You should treat them with respect, not only because it is absolutely the right thing to do, but because you can come to seriously regret it if you do otherwise. They know how to make you pay.
